How to perform this exercise:

  • Start by laying down on your back with your butt and legs flat against the wall
  • Begin with your feet together and hold for 30 seconds
  • Next move your feet 45 degrees outward and hold for 30 seconds
  • Lastly spread your feet as far as you can and hold for 30 seconds
