This exercise is used to strengthen the upper core muscles.

Wall Angel

How to perform this exercise:

  • Start by standing with your head, hands, wrists, arms, back, butt legs and heels flat against wall.
      • Raise your arms to shoulder level
      • Bend the elbows 90 degrees
  • Begin by raising arms staight up towards the ceiling while maintaining contact with the wall
  • Bring yourself back into the starting position and repeat 10-15 times
