This exercise is used to strengthen the upper core muscles.
How to perform this exercise:
- Start by standing with your head, hands, wrists, arms, back, butt legs and heels flat against wall.
- Raise your arms to shoulder level
- Bend the elbows 90 degrees
- Begin by raising arms staight up towards the ceiling while maintaining contact with the wall
- Bring yourself back into the starting position and repeat 10-15 times
