The use of this exercise is for abdominal, back and glute muscles.
How to perform this exercise:
- Lay face down on the floor
- Extend your arms above your head
- Tighten you stomach and abdominal muscles
- While doing this lift your arms and legs off the floor
- This position should look like superman flying
- Hold this position for 30 seconds and then relax
- *Be sure to continue to breath when tightening your abdominal muscles*
