How to perform this exercise:

  • Lay face down on the floor
  • Extend your arms above your head
  • Tighten you stomach and abdominal muscles
      • While doing this lift your arms and legs off the floor
          • This position should look like superman flying
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds and then relax
  • *Be sure to continue to breath when tightening your abdominal muscles*
