The use of this exercise is for low and mid back rotational movement.

Spinal Rotation

How to perform this exercise:

  • Position yourself seated in a chair
  • Reach over with one arm across your body to grab the opposite side of the chair
  • Your head should be positioned, so that your looking over your shoulder when rotating your back
  • Hold this position for 15 – 30 seconds and then switch sides
  • Repeat this exercise as many times as needed
