Neck Lateral

This exercise is used to engage the lateral neck muscles.

How to perform this exercise:

  • Start in a standing position away from the wall
  • Hold a stability ball above your shoulder at the side of your head
  • Engage your neck muscles by pushing the side of your head against the stability ball
  • Relax your neck muscles and repeat
  • Repeat this exercise 10-15 times
  • Switch to the opposite side and repeat the exercise
