The use of this exercise helps to stretch both your glutes and back.
How to perform this exercise:
- Start by laying on your back
- Begin the exercise by bringing one of your knees to your chest by using your hands
- The opposite foot should be in the air
- Hold this position for 10 seconds and slowly release the knee from your chest
- Repeat this 4 or 5 times
- Switch legs and repeat
- You can also complete this exercise by bringing both knees to chest after each individual leg
