The use of this exercise helps to stretch both your glutes and back.

How to perform this exercise:

  • Start by laying on your back
  • Begin the exercise by bringing one of your knees to your chest by using your hands
      • The opposite foot should be in the air
  • Hold this position for 10 seconds and slowly release the knee from your chest
  • Repeat this 4 or 5 times
  • Switch legs and repeat
  • You can also complete this exercise by bringing both knees to chest after each individual leg
